So, things are looking promising...
Been doing "alpha" tests on an Xbox 360 Slim model, working it to see if it could handle at least being on consistently. So far its been on TWO days consistently, with no crashes or overheating to a point I found unsafe. It doesn't mean it is indestructible, but at least means stock works. I might consider getting a cooling device or two as insurance, but that's down the line. The next test would be just running a game much more demanding than Minecraft and playing/running it for a day or two. Hopefully, it will get hot, but keep running.
I biggest concern still is my internet connection. Since I'm not Scrooge McDuck, I don't have the budget for a intense broadband connection. I still have it better than Australia (no offense, but koala herpes sucks). If anybody knows an ISP (preferably DSL, or cheap broadband) that won't charge an arm and a leg for great service, PLEASE tell me. regardless, testing bandwidth will be the "beta" stages.
In the meantime, I might have a protoype/concept test coming up. Maybe just a 24/7 build of a water park or something. Nothing too crazy that might crash my Xbox. Again, any and all input is appreciated.
